I hold coaching certifications in Business, Executive, and Social and Emotional Intelligence Coaching. I am also a graduate of the Protocol School of Washington and certified as a Life Coach by the internationally renowned Martha Beck Institute, I know what a big part "mindset" plays... and I play to win.

It's being able to use a set of emotional and social skills to develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.

IQ is a measure of an individual's intellectual and logical or rational abilities.

EQ is a set of emotional or social skills that help us with the way we perceive or express ourselves and how we develop and maintain social relationships, how we deal with challenges or how we use the information in important and effective ways.
